The Opportunity

Soft2Bet is looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader to take full ownership of our B2B business unit, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client success. This high-impact role requires a visionary leader with deep iGaming industry expertise, strong P&L management skills, and a proven ability to scale commercial operations in regulated markets.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Sales Growth – Expanding our B2B footprint, building high-value partnerships, and optimizing deal flow.
  • Account Management & Retention – Driving client success, revenue expansion, and long-term retention.
  • Delivery & Execution – Ensuring seamless delivery of client solutions, aligned with operational & technical teams.
  • P&L Management – Full ownership of financial performance, cost efficiency, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a high-impact commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and long-term sustainability.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams, driving expansion into regulated markets

Sales, Account Management & Delivery Leadership

  • Own and scale the full commercial pipeline—from sales acquisition to client retention & delivery execution.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams across Sales, Account Management, and Operations, fostering a culture of excellence.

P&L Management & Business Performance

  • Take full ownership of P&L for the B2B business unit, ensuring profitable growth and risk management.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, optimizing commercial strategies to achieve financial and operational KPIs.

Client & Market Expansion

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Spearhead Soft2Bet’s expansion into new regulated markets, positioning the company as a market leader.

Operational Alignment & Risk Mitigation

  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, product, legal, and compliance teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Anticipate industry risks (regulatory, competitive, operational) and implement proactive solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Proven iGaming Industry Leadership
  • 10+ years of senior-level leadership in B2B iGaming, sportsbook, or related industries.
  • Track record of scaling commercial operations and delivering revenue growth.
  • Expertise in Sales, Account Management & Delivery
  • Deep understanding of commercial sales cycles, client success strategies, and operational execution.
  • Strong Financial & Business Acumen
  • Experience managing multi-million P&L responsibilities, optimizing revenue streams, cost structures, and profit margins.
  • Regulatory & Market Expansion Experience
  • Knowledge of key global iGaming regulations and experience launching into new jurisdictions.
  • Fast-Paced, High-Impact Leadership
  • Thrives in a high-growth, high-accountability environment, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Must be willing and able to relocate to Malta or Cyprus to be at the heart of Soft2Bet’s operations.
