Compliance Services currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a CommunicationMonitoring and Compliance Assistant(German - French - Portuguese - Spanish) at our headquarters in Limassol.
As a CommunicationMonitoring and Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for analyzing calls between employees and clients to improve communication, customer service, and understanding of client needs. This initiative is designed to enhance the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective communication strategies. By focusing on these responsibilities, you will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine Call Centre and Agent quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support team members;
Examine results of the calls by using scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability;
Assist in the investigation of complaints;
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards;
Detecting and documenting any defects or deviations from quality standards;
Ensuring clear and accurate communication across different languages by assisting in various translation tasks when required;
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional & regulatory publications.
Provide feedback via Reports to Chief Compliance Officer of all monitored calls;
Candidate Profile:
University or College Degree in any field;
Great communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
Paying attention to detail and following the policies and procedures as required for the role;
Ability to deliver solutions quickly with accuracy;
Ability to work efficiently within a team as well as independently;
Excellent report writing skills;
Ability to work at pace and well under pressure with limited supervision.
Skills and Competencies
Fluency in English language;
Fluency in Italian and/or Portuguese language(s);
Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace
Knowledge of CRM Systems, Redmine Ticketing System and Quemetrics Call Systems will be considered and advantage
