Focal is currently seeking a Engineer to join the Company’s Project Management team working in the Hospitality and other Sectors in Cyprus.
The candidate should have:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting and/or construction management
Proven recent experience of high-end residential projects
Solid project management, stakeholder management and change management skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English and Greek both verbally and in writing
Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrated ability of reporting and presenting data to the client
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and/or Primavera
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
Capable of effective multi-task working, identifying, and managing priorities and working to challenging time scales
