The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Preparing and monitor accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Understanding the activities of all company groups and reviewing their bookkeeping to ensure accurate reporting.
Preparation and submission of all CY tax forms and communication with agents to submit international tax required forms.
Preparation and Reviewing payroll reports and submitting to relevant tax authorities.
Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and develop strategies to optimize cash resources.
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit process.
Stay up to date with financial legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Support addressing senior management requests as required from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
Experience in Financial Services will be a plus.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
