Job Description
Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd, a leading company in Forwarding and 3rd Party Logistics Services is seeking to recruit an Airfreight Administrator at Larnaca branch.
Duties:
Airfreight Import & Export documentation handling
Courrier Import & Export documentation handling
Price/Rate requests and subsequent quotation to clients
Booking of shipments and follow up
Issuance of invoices
Updating the system with buying selling rates and adjusting tariffs
Larnaca Customs documentation preparation
Required:
At least two years of working experience in a similar field
University or College degree
Freightplus Software knowledge will be considered an advantage
Microsoft Office Knowledge
General requirements:
Ability to analyse and communicate information
Organizational & communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and work under pressure
Honest, discreet, trusted, hard worker
Excellent English knowledge
