Responsibilities:
· Provide risk management support and advice to licensed entities/clients
· Assist in the review and preparation of the relevant COREP forms to be submitted to the Authorities
· Assist in the review and preparation of the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA)
· Provide regulatory compliance support and advice to licensed entities/clients
· Review and assess risk management reports to be presented to the Board of Directors
· Communicate with clients and regulators regarding ongoing support or risk management and regulatory matters
· Evaluate risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
· Assist in designing and implementing risk management policies
· Participate in business development initiatives
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and offer regulatory solutions
· Advise clients on the impact of regulatory changes
· Help set up and implement internal policies and procedures for clients
· Implement a risk management process, analysing financial impacts of risks
Requirements:
· Degree in Law, Risk, Finance, Economics or in a related field
· Advanced CySEC certificate for the performance of various investment services will be considered an advantage
· 2+ years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry with exposure in risk management, capital adequacy and regulatory compliance
· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
· Self-motivated person with excellent attention to detail and ability to work intendedly
· Professional discipline and strong work ethic
· Attention to detail and being well organised
· Fluent in Greek and English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
