Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales person to join our team and help us drive our sales efforts to new heights.

As a Freight Forwarding Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing client relationships and overseeing the sales strategy. You’ll lead an experienced and well-established team, collaborate with cross-functional departments and use your industry expertise to identify new opportunities and ensure our customers receive top-tier logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Manage and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training and performance reviews
  • Identify new business opportunities and keep up to date with market developments
  • Work closely with international agents, shipping lines, operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and documentation (air, ocean, land), customs regulations, port operations and supply chain logistics. 
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written English and Greek  
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is essential. Postgraduate degree is preferred.
