We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business customers, driving market share growth and penetrating competitive or underserved markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Drive account retention and growth by upselling and cross-selling tailored telecom solutions
Manage renewals to minimize churn and sustain revenue growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to uncover growth opportunities and maintain expertise in our services
Collaborate with internal teams to create and present customized telecom solutions that address client needs and highlight competitive advantages
Develop and implement sales plans aligned with growth objectives, tracking and adapting strategies based on sales performance
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and lead contract negotiations to secure favorable agreements
Work directly with prospects and partners from the channel partner program to drive business opportunities
Ensure quick issue resolution and service excellence by working with relevant teams
Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance offerings
Qualifications:
University/College degree in Sales, Business, or any other related qualification
At least 5 years of prior experience in Sales
Strong Presentation Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
IT literate
Very good command of both English and Greek language
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
An active person with communication and teamwork skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
Analytical skills
Available to travel inland as required for the performance of the above duties
