Job Description

Piperaris Group wants to recruit a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s brand and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the company, products, and services to potential clients all over Cyprus. You will leverage your excellent communication skills in both Greek and English to effectively convey the value and benefits of security and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand, Products & Services Promotion:

  • Promote and enhance the brand image of the company.
  • Attend meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to showcase our products and services.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with product selection.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to the sales team during the sales process.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and quotes.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide insights to help refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales, business development or brand promotion.
  • Familiarity with security systems and smart automation technologies is desirable but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license.
