Financial Manager

Since 2023, we are expanding and increasing our global presence and as a part of our future growth strategy, we have moved our Headquarters in Cyprus.

We are looking for a Financial manager (Full time) based in Cyprus to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting our Partners and CFO in the financial operations;
• Preparation of the financial statements and management reports for a Group of entities;
• Analyzing financial reports of the portfolio companies and preparation of the executive summaries;
• Development and implementation of the internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for financial activities
• Acting as a key contact person for financial statements audit purposes and resolving the audit queries to ensure smooth audit process
• Oversee the operations of the accounting service providers, including quarter-end and year-end closings
• Preparation of invoices in the accounting system
• Daily/weekly payable/receivable reconciliation for management accounts purposes

You are the best for this role if you have/are:

• at least 3 years Big4 audit experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• ACA/ACCA/CPA or similar qualification preferred (or on the final stage of obtaining)
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be beneficial (but this is not a requirement)
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to learn quickly
