Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Manager to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a strong compliance or legal background and will be responsible for various corporate and banking-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Management: Provide support and assistance in managing corporate activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Banking Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate banking operations, including communication with banks for efficient account management.
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Assistance: Assist in identifying and documenting the ultimate beneficial owners of corporate entities.
  • Company Formation: Oversee the process of opening new companies, ensuring all legal requirements and documentation are met.
  • Bank Account Opening: Manage the opening of new bank accounts for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate management, compliance, or legal roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
