Data Analyst (Finance)

We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team!

What will you be doing?

• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to provide actionable insights
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Monitor financial KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, product and data engineering) to align financial insights with business goals
• Assist in forecasting, and financial modeling processes
• Provide insights into revenue, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant finance or analytical role, preferably in a fintech environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Aptitude to lead and execute projects
• Proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field - Advantage
