Job Description

PLAYFINA team is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join the team. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position in a product (gambling/betting verticals).

Requirements:

  • Experience in Gambling from 2 years, and minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience with both online casinos and betting platforms.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 countries.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
  • Sense of trends, creativity, proactivity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions from it.
  • Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage and control the marketing budget.
  • Design and implement the brand’s bonus program.
  • Develop various promotions, from concept to full implementation on the website.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and bonuses.
  • Set up workflows in the respective departments.
  • Focus on retention efforts, working with tools like Customer.io for email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, etc.
  • Oversee the SMM department’s activities.
  • Work on retargeting to improve the brand’s retention metrics.
  • Communicate with providers to negotiate joint promotions and secure discounts.
  • Ensure the relevance of games on the brand’s website.
  • Manage the brand’s reputation, reviews, and player complaints on various platforms.
  • Promote and increase the awareness of the brand’s affiliate program.
  • Organize participation in industry conferences, including preparing booths, merchandise, and materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team.
  • Work closely with the content team and translators.
  • Create and develop gamification features on the website.
  • Cooperate with the development team to implement various marketing features.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with other Department Heads within the company.
