Job Description:
paytech is seeking a proactive and passionate AI Project Manager with a deep interest in artificial intelligence and a strong technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal AI solutions, including a support chatbot and a co-pilot for onboarding new clients. You will also propose other ideas to enhance business processes through the use of artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze the latest trends in AI and their application in business.
Manage projects for the development and implementation of AI solutions.
Populate the knowledge base, test new solutions, and create product prototypes (at a basic level).
Work closely with the development team, coordinate their work, and control task timelines.
Encourage the team to achieve high results and adhere to best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to identify needs and opportunities for using AI.
Requirements:
Experience in project management in the technology sector, ideally within the fintech industry.
Experience in implementing or using AI in business processes.
Strong business analytics skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Deep understanding of and interest in modern AI technologies and their application in real-world projects, emphasizing practical rather than theoretical applications. Understanding of limitations and complexities.
Practical skills in working with AI, including familiarity with Open AI API, Assistants API, Embeddings, Function Calling, Speech-to-Text, and Visual LLM.
Desire to be hands-on in both development and management processes, not just overseeing projects from a distance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Initiative and ability to make decisions independently.
