Tickmill is looking to hire an Data Analyst to mainly collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners/Analysts to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

What the job looks like?
The Data Analyst will have the chance to:
Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners/Analysts to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights in collaboration with the rest of BI team members.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Explore possibilities for valuable external data sources that could be used in combination with existing data sets to provide insightful information.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, highly preferably in the Finance sector.
Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to identify, extract and manipulate data to highlight trends and deficiencies.
Good experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and ability to choose the most appropriate visuals based on the purpose of the analysis.
Solid understanding of SQL language along with Data Modeling design principles and DAX language.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
Curiosity to investigate causes and effects and Team Play attitude.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
