3CX has an established and vibrant Community of more than 220,000 members. We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to manage and grow this further. Your job will center around engaging with our existing community. You will also be tasked to drive community growth and engagement with our ever expanding global network of 3CX partners and customers. This means we’re looking for a great communicator who is technically inclined, action-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges.

Your goal is to manage and grow the 3CX community and continue to build a community support system that meets the fast-paced demands of our sector.
About the Job
Community engagement to respond to community inquiries, address concerns, and provide support.
Content creation to keep the community informed about product updates and news.
Community moderation to ensure conversations are respectful, on-topic, and adhere to community guidelines.
Community management to resolve conflicts and manage any issues or disputes that may arise.
Relationship building to identify and collaborate with community ambassadors and advocates.
Inter-departmental collaboration to align community activities with company goals.
Drive analysis of community feedback on product updates.
Community growth strategies to attract and onboard new community members.
What You’ll Do
Respond to community inquiries, address concerns, and provide support.
Inform the community about product updates
Moderate the community to ensure the standards set are being met
Resolve and manage any issues that arise
Build relationships within the community
Analyze what needs to be fed back into the organization
Grow the community from the 220,000 members it has today
About You
Enough existing technical proficiency to demonstrate your ability to learn about 3CX if you don’t have this experience prior.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
You have to like building relationships and fostering a positive community atmosphere. We'd want to see how!
Willingness to help solve user problems with patience and guidance.
