Job Description
bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Partner Relations Manager to join us in Limassol.
This role involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with agents, client introducers, and clients in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of partnership management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic collaborations. Fluency in Russian and English is essential.
Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Development:
Respond to inquiries from agents interested in collaborating with our company.
Present and promote our projects to potential partners, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and value proposition.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring regular communication and alignment of goals.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives in both local and international markets.
Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, working closely with legal and senior management to ensure favorable terms.
Consult with prospective property buyers introduced by partners, arranging property inspections and providing expert advice.
Regularly evaluate partner performance and loyalty, ensuring that our network remains productive and engaged.
Market Insight & Collaboration:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Event Representation:
Represent the company at B2C/B2B marketing events, including public speaking engagements, to promote our brand and attract new partners.
Travel to conferences and business meetings as required to build and maintain relationships with partners.
Support & Training:
Conduct product training sessions for newly onboarded partner personnel.
Regularly provide updated brochures, price lists, and availability information to partners.
Ensure partners are supported with high-level service, including daily communication to address their evolving business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Financial Analytics, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
At least 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client/Partner Relationship Management. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Greek will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and innovative mindset.
Team-oriented with a spirit of collaboration.
Willingness to travel for conferences, business meetings, and partner engagements domestically.
