Account Manager
The key goal for the Account Manager role is to maintain and lead a customer first approach in all aspects of the role to ensure customer excellence.
Key business processes
Process ownership for the merchant onboarding process. Cross-department interactions with the Legal and Compliance teams for underwriting, agreement signing and ongoing due diligence^ Merchant integrations supervision. Working closely with the Operations and Finance teams. Reporting to the Head of Account management.
Account Manager Functions
Managing full client onboarding process;
Ensuring excellent customer experience in all processes from onboarding to operations;
Provide Clients with the updates on the services provided by the company (changes in the existing payment channels or rates, new payment channels and services);
Provide training and guides to the clients (product training, updates in the company services and tools);
Ensuring excellent customer experience in all processes from onboarding to operations;
Regular reporting
Account Manager required experience and background
Actual experience in the related role (account manager, customer success manager, retention manager or similar) with the track record not less than three years;
Confident knowledge of the financial markets and merchant payment processing (card acquiring, wires, alternative payment methods (APM’s));
Google suite experienced user;
Knowledge of CRM, Helpdesk and Project management systems will be considered an advantage;;
Knowledge of Asana, Freshdesk, Jira will be considered an advantage;
English language proficient level (C1).
