Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurants Manager to lead and oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, ensuring efficient service and high standards.
Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including training and development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve profitability.
Oversee menu planning in collaboration with the culinary team.
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Address customer feedback and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
