Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Real Estate professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Company’s mission in the local market and beyond. We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to promote the Company’s high profile investments.

Job Description:

  • Generate and handle leads and convert to potential legitimate buyers or renters
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with such individuals and companies
  • Arrange viewings and property inspections with prospective buyers or renters, agents, brokers, agencies etc.
  • Prepare offers to prospective clients
  • Follow up with prospective clients to completion, including coordinating on the preparation of sale agreements and related documents
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with agents, brokers agencies and any other intermediaries to sales and rentals
  • Monitor the market to pick up and recent developments which may be integrated into our own sale strategy
  • Maintain and regularly update the relevant market materials. Monitor and assess our presence in digital and physical media
  • Prepare regular reports and updates.

Person Specification:

  • University degree in Real Estate/ Business/ Marketing or a relevant field
  • Work related sales experience in the real estate Industry is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal use of English language. Knowledge of Russian, Hebrew or Arabic will be a plus
  • Ability to travel across Cyprus or overseas and attend overseas exhibitions and events if and when required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and results-oriented with an ability to work independently to bring results
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
