A new international Forex Brokerage is looking for a skilled CRM Administrator to join their fast-growing global operations in Limassol, Cyprus. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing and optimizing their Skale CRM system, playing a critical role in enhancing customer data management and driving effective marketing strategies. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Department, you will collaborate across departments to support the business objectives by leveraging CRM tools for personalized customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- CRM Management and Optimization: Oversee and optimize the Skale CRM system to ensure efficient data capture, processing, and utilization in line with business goals. Continuously improve CRM infrastructure to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the customer database. Implement data segmentation strategies to enhance marketing efforts through targeted communication.
- Personalized Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns by utilizing customer data, focusing on specific customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and enhance customer engagement. Share findings with relevant teams to improve marketing and sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategies that increase customer engagement and retention.
- Campaign Execution: Take a hands-on approach in executing and managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Design and implement A/B tests for CRM campaigns, analyze the results, and apply insights to optimize performance and maximize conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and feedback for management.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure that content is integrated effectively into CRM campaigns and delivered to the appropriate audience at the right time.
- Compliance: Work with the compliance team to ensure that all CRM-related communications adhere to regulatory standards.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine CRM processes and optimize system functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM management experience within the financial services or FinTech industries.
- Proficiency in Skale CRM, along with experience in other financial and Forex-focused CRM platforms (e.g., Panda, Oanda Market Feeds, Syntellicore).
- Strong expertise in database management, data segmentation, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience interpreting customer data to drive effective marketing strategies.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns in multi-language environments.
- Hands-on experience in executing personalized, targeted marketing campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience promoting customer engagement and enhancing customer relationships through effective CRM strategies.
