Marketing budget formulation
Building and development of the marketing team
Dealing with marketing team motivation (both tangible and non-tangible) and engagement
Setting and supervising the implementation of goals using the OKR approach
Market research, competitive environment analysis, search, and implementation of growing points
Managing brands, risks, acquisition channels
Management of marketing reporting
What we are looking for:
Solid experience in the iGaming field (gambling/betting/casino).
Result-oriented person and a leader with strong communication skills.
Experience in launching products in different locations.
