Job Description:
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent attraction campaigns tailored to the FinTech industry.
Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning goals.
Provide guidance on job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Conduct thorough screenings of candidates, assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Manage and coordinate interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
Implement hiring practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce.
Work on building diverse candidate pipelines and ensure that the hiring process is inclusive.
Work closely with the HR team to develop long-term recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirement:
Proven experience (2-4 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, ideally in tech-driven industries such as FinTech, IT, or software development.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
Proficiency with sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Expertise in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Knowledge of the FinTech industry and familiarity with the types of roles specific to technology, finance, and product development.
Understanding of current trends in the job market, especially for tech and financial services roles.
Russian and English speaking is a must.
