Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate and Banking Administrator to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate governance, banking operations, and compliance-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate structures, banking regulations, and excellent organizational skills to support our corporate clients effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Governance:

- Assist in the formation and registration of new companies, including drafting and filing necessary documentation.

- Maintain and update corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings.

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing corporate entities.

- Promptly complete due diligence requests.

Banking Operations:

- Manage banking relationships and facilitate communication between the company and financial institutions.

- Oversee the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- Process banking transactions, including fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations.

- Communication with other external advisors.

 

Compliance and Reporting:

- Monitor compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by local authorities.

- Assist in internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

 

Client Support:

- Provide administrative support to corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to corporate and banking matters.

- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

 

Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all corporate and banking transactions.

- Prepare and manage documentation for corporate meetings, including agendas and minutes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

- Proven experience in corporate administration, banking operations, or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and banking regulations in Cyprus.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with corporate management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
