Job Description

At NetU we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing and successful team. As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers whilst bringing on new customers who can benefit from our products. Having the full responsibility of the Account Management Cycle, the main duties will be to:

  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with organizations exploring possible needs and opportunities for business development and in generating new sales leads
  • Work with the company’s presales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating the prospect’s needs in order to conclude on the proper solution and proceed with a proposal submission
  • Prepare and submit solution proposals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through account management activities and generation of new opportunities

Qualifications

  • University / College degree in Business Administration / IT or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT (Software) related sales position is required
  • Practical understanding of software commercial processes
  • Experience with ERP / CRM software will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
