Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dozens of intro calls and demos monthly, and bring your A-Game to each and every intro call.
  • Move deals through the sales stages from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Build and maintain friendly relationships with clients, research their business struggles, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Mentor a team of SDRs to ensure monthly sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Stay creative, ambitious, and committed to bringing Flyfish to the front line of the fintech industry.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a Senior Sales position within the fintech industry.
  • Ability to conduct a high-volume of calls and demos while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership skills with a consistent approach to managing and completing processes efficiently.
  • Self-driven with a high level of energy and motivation to pursue and close large-scale deals.
  • Extensive network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage these relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
