BlackBull Markets, a NZ based brokerage, is looking for a Customer Support/ Back Office officer. You will be a part of the team on both the front & back line for client support inquiries across our various communication channels, working with our growing global client base. The ideal candidate will be professional, polite, team-player, well-presented and able to quickly identify and resolve inquires while thinking on the go.
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing new clients support in relation to account onboarding
Providing existing clients with ongoing support in relation to the operation of their account
Working with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are resolved
Ensuring appropriate delivery of communications to new and existing clients
Managing website live chat, phone and email communication channels when needed.
Perform Back Office duties as required and update Customer records.
Ensure that all duties are performed in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and due diligence controls.
Requirements
University Degree in Economics/Finance/Business or in a related field
Practical knowledge of/ or interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets
Client focused with the ability to foster good relationships
Ability to take instructions, learn concepts quickly and apply those in a practice setting
Excellent relationship management skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Multitask
Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office
Excellent command in English language (written and verbal) is a must
CYSEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage

Working hours are 08:00-17:00 or 07:00-16:00 with an hour lunch break (no shifts) Monday- Friday.
