Job Description

BlackBull Markets, a NZ based brokerage, is looking for a Customer Support/ Back Office officer. You will be a part of the team on both the front & back line for client support inquiries across our various communication channels, working with our growing global client base. The ideal candidate will be professional, polite, team-player, well-presented and able to quickly identify and resolve inquires while thinking on the go.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing new clients support in relation to account onboarding
  • Providing existing clients with ongoing support in relation to the operation of their account
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are resolved
  • Ensuring appropriate delivery of communications to new and existing clients
  • Managing website live chat, phone and email communication channels when needed.
  • Perform Back Office duties as required and update Customer records.
  • Ensure that all duties are performed in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and due diligence controls.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics/Finance/Business or in a related field
  • Practical knowledge of/ or interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets
  • Client focused with the ability to foster good relationships
  • Ability to take instructions, learn concepts quickly and apply those in a practice setting
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Multitask
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command in English language (written and verbal) is a must
  • CYSEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage
