Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Company and ensuring the seamless functioning of our brokerage services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Forex industry, a deep understanding of operational best practices, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, compliance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and initiatives.
Lead the execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
Oversee daily operations, including trading, client services, IT, compliance, and risk management.
Ensure that all operational processes and systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with the IT and product development teams to ensure that the company’s trading platforms and technology infrastructure are reliable, secure, and aligned with industry advancements.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Continuously assess and mitigate risks associated with trading operations, client activities, and market conditions.
Ensure that the company provides exceptional customer service, delivering a superior trading experience to clients.
Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Forex trading operations.
Proven track record of success in a senior operations role, preferably as a COO or similar.
Deep understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with technology-driven operational improvements and innovations.
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices.
