Job Description

Your influential mission. You will be...

  • Responsible for obtaining stakeholders approvals through the procurement process.
  • Communicating and engaging with suppliers, internal customers, and stakeholders in the review process (Due diligence, Privacy, Information security, Tax, Legal and Compliance).
  • Updating Procurement stakeholders with agreements, contracts, and approvals.
  • Updating supplier book on SAP.
  • Keeping track of contracts’ expirations.
  • Updating the department’s records with all approvals and agreements.
  • Conducting vendor and supplier research.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Assisting in purchasing and budget report preparation and present cost analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
