Purpose of Role
Generation of new business leads for B2B sales.
Retention of existing clients
Cross-selling a wide variety of products, services and solutions in the fintech world.
Key Responsibilities
· Actively seeking new business leads
· Maintain and develop strong business relationships with existing Merchants.
· Respond to incoming sales enquiries.
· Negotiate the terms of any processing agreement to satisfy the Prospect.
· Continuous market research and payment trends
· Attending Conferences from the Fintech universe
· Managing the client portfolio and self-evaluate the sales efforts
· Communicate efficiently with all the departments within the company: finance/ support/ development, and make sure that all are in sync. for the presented business opportunity
· Maintain the internal CRM with the existing and new tasks and projects.
· Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
· Develop “out of the box” sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
· Any other duties as assigned by one’s superior from time to time.
Knowledge & Experience:
· Proven professional experience in a similar role. (at least 2 years)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
· IT Proficient
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
