About The Job We are seeking an experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will lead a talented team of frontend developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Requirements:

  • Frontend Experience: Over 6 years of experience in frontend development
  • Team Leadership: 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead
  • Mentorship and Management: Proven experience in conducting 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, and managing team performance
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of frontend technologies and tools, including Angular 17+, TypeScript, and RxJS
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Resource Planning: Experience in resource planning, risk management, and team development
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work with various stakeholders and coordinate with other teams

Desired Skills:

  • Agile/Scrum Implementation: Experience in implementing Agile/Scrum principles within teams
  • Distributed Teams: Experience in managing a distributed team and remote work
  • Performance Metrics: Experience in implementing metrics to evaluate team performance


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a frontend team of 6 developers
  • Regular Meetings: Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to provide feedback and evaluate their performance
  • Professional Development: Develop and implement professional growth plans for team members
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new team members
  • Technical Debt: Ensure the completion of tasks related to technical debt and organize on-call rotations
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to resolve cross-team issues
  • Technology and Standards: Introduce and maintain new technologies and standards to improve the team's work quality
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Process Improvement: Develop strategies to improve work processes and enhance team efficiency
