Data Scientist

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Data Scientists to join our Credit Modelling team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative credit scoring models for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our models are robust, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain credit scoring models for the SME segment.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform model development.
• Collaborate with risk management and business teams to ensure model alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve modeling techniques continuously.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  
  

Who You Are

• Proficient in Python and other programming languages.
• Experienced in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Familiar with credit scoring models and risk assessment (a plus).
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with good teamwork abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
