The role will represent the Organization within a model that differentiates Axi brand, from its competitors globally.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and retain clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
  • Facilitate smooth on-boarding for new clients.
  • Expand the client base through sales initiatives.
  • Conduct client outreach via calls and online chat.
  • Host webinars and seminars.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and systems.
  • Identify and report suspicious activities in clients' accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with Cyprus regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and continuous improvement.

Are you the one?

  • Proven client management experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly in FX.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a diverse client base and provide exceptional service.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and software.
  • Experience in conducting client education sessions.
  • Ability to speak fluent German, French or Dutch will be considered as an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
