Action Cyprus, part of Action Global Communicationsis looking for a Social Media Manager, to create effective content, use it across all social mediachannels and manage online communities.
Working with us, you will collaborate with communications experts, digital strategists, and designers to build high-impact online brand experiences. Our goal, and part of your role, is to be the brand’s digital voice and to engage and nurture its communities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and target audience.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a sense of community around the brand by initiating conversations, running contests, and encouraging user-generated content.
Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, followers, and conversions.
Use insights from analytics to refine and adjust social media strategies and campaigns for better results.
Stay informed about new tools and technologies that can enhance social media management and efficiency.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism or any other related field.
Previous experience in social media management rolein an agency will be considered an advantage.
Ability to craft engaging content in Greek and English.
Ability to play a significant part in the story conception and research.
Organized and able to multitask.
Collaboration abilities.
A “can-do” temperament.
Keen to learn and make ideas better and greater.
