Job Description

AdSkill is an international service for launching and optimizing advertising. We provide quick start-up and maximum results for our clients. We have been scaling the business of agencies, brands and companies for over 9 years.

Currently, due to the increase in our team, we are actively looking for Business Development Manager Middle and Senior level

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • know basic sales techniques
  • have good oral and written communication skills
  • have experience in independently searching and attracting clients
  • know advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Bigo, Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff)
  • Having experience working with such verticals as iGaming, Fintech, and E-commerce - will be a big advantage
  • you know how to build outreach funnels
  • you follow trends in the field of marketing (you understand what competitive advantages are, etc.)
  • you have experience in the digital marketing industry?
  • speak English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate (B2)
  • master active listening and effective communication techniques
  • engaged in active sales for at least 3 years;
  • Experience working as an account manager in a white affiliate network will be a plus.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • active sale of modern digital product Adskill Access (access to advertising accounts of all popular platforms)
  • sales development in the Mena, Latam, Asia markets
  • meetings with clients, negotiations, coordination and signing of contracts, closing documents
  • independent search for clients (having your own relevant database will be your advantage)
  • filling out Bitrix CRM, fulfilling the plan for calls, meetings and transactions
  • weekly generation of progress reports
