We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to build and lead the L&D function within our company. This role involves establishing the department, implementing essential tools, and developing a comprehensive strategy to enhance employee capabilities globally. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in L&D, ready to take on the challenge of driving talent development and performance management across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and development of the Learning & Development department within the company.
Identify, implement, and manage tools and systems to support L&D initiatives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy tailored to the needs of an international workforce.
Design solutions to enhance people capabilities, meet career aspirations, drive organizational performance, and improve workforce diversity on a global scale.
Support and coordinate global emerging talent programs (graduates, apprentices, internships).
Develop methodologies to measure and report on employee engagement, behavior change, and skills improvement.
Create e-learning, video, and online materials to support global HR strategies.
Develop and manage impactful thought leadership, employee productivity, and management training programs to enhance management capabilities internationally.
Provide project administration and reporting for people development, performance management, talent management, and succession planning cycles.
Monitor and support career development plans for high potential individuals across the company.
Candidate Requirements:
Deep knowledge in designing and delivering L&D programs within a fast-growing, dynamic international company.
Proven track record of building L&D function from zero, or essential empowerment of existing function.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
Experience in building and leading a high-performing team.
Proven experience in deploying digital learning strategies, systems, and impact analysis.
Experience in implementing strategies for emerging talent and onboarding programs internationally.
Ability to develop digital learning content on platforms.
Creative and outcome-focused mindset.
Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different regions.
