The role will represent the Organisation within a model that differentiates Axi brand, from its competitors globally.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
Ensuring a project's goals are aligned with the overall company strategy.
Led strategic planning and management of key partnerships.
Providing ongoing direction to the project team during a project's lifecycle.
Align the use of analytics with strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation.
Prepare regular reports on sponsorship activities and revenue.
Work alongside the Sponsorship Manager to establish goals, KPIs and OKRs for all Axi sponsorships
Develop and deliver engaging campaign and activation ideas.
Analyze sponsorship performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the execution of sponsor-related activities during events.
Assist in the development of sponsor-related activities during events.
Address any issues/concerns promptly to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
Maintain ongoing communication with sponsors to build long-term partnerships.
Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of sponsorships.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on sponsor obligations (e.g., marketing, events, social media).
Oversee the execution of sponsor-related activities during events.
Create distinctive social-first content relating to business development.
Ensure all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Are you the one?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a similar role.
Very good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working on hybrid work mode.
