Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager who has a background in B2B sales within the payment systems industry, is fluent in English, and is ready to travel worldwide.

  • You will work with our amazing product team. CentroBill is an information technology product that empowers global merchants to accept payments through debit cards, credit cards, and alternative payment methods. We offer a seamless integration with a variety of Credit Card Acquirers, Payment Service Providers, and Alternative Payment Methods through a unified API. At CentroBill, we are committed to providing seamless payment solutions to businesses worldwide. Our innovative technology and dedicated team help us stay at the forefront of the payment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate productive long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with leads and new opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Successfully manage the client portfolio and operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your customers
  • Proactively prospect and network by visiting key industry events, reaching out to people on LinkedIn, and leveraging personal networking
  • Maintain a high level of B2B service and client satisfaction, understanding firsthand what they value and need to be successful
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their long-term objectives
  • Partner with Centrobill's internal stakeholders (technical, merchant support, and business development teams) to develop compelling solutions for prospective customers
  • Engage daily with CRM systems (Pipedrive) for pipeline management and deal closure

Requirements:

  • High level of communicativeness and experience in selling payment systems in cross-cultural environments
  • 3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager in the fintech industry
  • Understanding of customer needs throughout the lifecycle and adeptness in managing key clients for success
  • Proven experience in developing enduring business relationships with key decision makers
  • Excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written forms; ability to effectively communicate with US/EU clients. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and autonomy
