Job Description

Match-Trade Technologies is a fully integrated forex technology provider and creator of the Match-Trader platform. The company has been operating globally since 2013 and offers a variety of services. These services include a platform server with multiple APIs to fit Match-Trader into existing ecosystems, all-inclusive White Labels with Client Office for traders, and Forex CRM for Brokers.

Match-Trade Technologies has offices in several countries, including Cyprus (Nicosia & Limassol), Poland (Warsaw & Poznan), South Korea, Malaysia, India, and the USA.

Currently we are searching for the Business Development Manager for the crypto payment processor Match2Pay catering to the Forex/CFD Brokers and Prop Trading firms. Match2Pay is an established virtual asset service provider headquartered in Lithuania, with existing clients and technology provided by Match-Trade Technologies. Match2Pay focuses on fully automated processing of crypto payments for the brokers and on selling technology to other VASPs.


  • Developing the product and offering further, to meet the needs of growing number of B2B clients
  • Active work with sales and support teams to increase revenue
  • Handling relationship with key customers
  • Active search for new business partners and introducers
  • Presenting the product at the industry events
  • Market research to identify potential areas for growth, competition and trends
  • Coordination of marketing efforts with marketing team
  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand market share
  • Preparing reports and analysing data to make right decisions to grow the revenue further
  • Making sure that operations are smooth and aligned with legal, compliance and financial departments, to support further growth of revenue
  • Understanding changes in crypto regulations in different jurisdictions and being able to use them to grow the business in a correct way


  • Experience in B2B business development or sales
  • Experience in payments or crypto payments
  • Experience in working with Forex/CFD brokers
  • Understanding cryptocurrencies from legal and technological perspective
  • Good presentation skills
  • Planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure of time
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals
  • Ability to travel to the industry events
  • Fluent/Native in English is a must
