Job Description

eBOS is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who brings both an interest in the software development side of technology and a passion for business analysis, driving the right projects to successful conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and Deliver Solutions: Be responsible for designing and delivering platform/project solutions.

·        Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and advise them on the most appropriate platform solutions.

·        Implementation Guidance: Collaborate closely with software developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process.

·        Documentation: Clearly document business and system requirements.

·        Project Oversight: Oversee and guide clients through the implementation phase of a program and maintain and expand the platform solution post-delivery.

·        Skill Development: Stay updated with the latest platform releases and accreditations.

·        Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist in gathering business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.

·        Project Management: Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines. Define overall direction, planning, control, delivery, and completion of specific projects or tasks within projects.

·        Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality delivery of complex solutions.

·        Travel: Ability to travel abroad when required.


·        Educational Background: University degree in Computing, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·        Language Skills: Excellent skills in English (daily interactions with clients and team members from abroad).

·        Technical Skills: SQL knowledge is required.

·        Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, great organizational skills, self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to handle and prioritize a varied and sometimes heavy workload.

·        Mindset and Work Ethic: Logical mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to see tasks through to completion.

·        Interest in Technology: A keen interest in how technology can transform businesses.


1-2 years of proven experience in the following:

·        Experience with large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the management

·        Project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building & communication skills

·        Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
