You will collaborate closely with people from many different JetBrains teams, such as Marketing, Sales, Developer Advocates, Design, Procurement, Legal, and various product teams.

  • Provide onsite support at trade shows and events where needed (approximately 1–2 business trips per year).
  • Explore new event technologies and trends to enhance the attendee experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to housekeeping and internal process improvements.

  • 5+ years of experience as an event manager, preferably in the management of trade shows or expos.
  • General knowledge of trade show best practices and standards.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • A knack for problem-solving.
  • The ability to innovate and bring fresh perspectives and creative ideas to your events.
  • The ability and desire to work independently and effectively in a distributed team without direct supervision.
