Job Description

ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a Partnerships Manager. You will work hand in hand with CEO and COO in order to design and implement a strategic partnerships plan in different countries and the maintaining the existing partnership collaborations.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will have one of the most strategic roles: creating new partnerships and managing existing ones to explore synergies and opportunities for mutual growth.


  • Be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing commercial partnerships with IBs (Introducing broker) and major players in Forex industry.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, including IT, Legal and Marketing teams.
  • Create tools and processes in order to develop a unique IB Partner Management Program and track its performance.
  • Manage the overall IB Business Development Operations.
  • Provide training on new products or procedures and support to the team and clients.
  • Contribute in dealing with partners to increase business development revenue.
  • Creating different reports in Excel.
  • Reporting directly to Management.



  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in partnerships or IB business development in Forex industry (experience with risk management and dealing is a big advantage).
  • Strong knowledge and interest in Forex trading and solid understanding the trading terminology.
  • An ability to prioritize, between markets, teams, stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong commercial and legal negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset who can imagine new business models and think outside the box.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams, notably Legal, Back Office and Operations to solve problems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional knowledge of Excel and strong mathematical skills.
  • Strongly attentive to details.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and wish to grow.
