YOUR IMPACT:

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for a mixture of tech and operational roles!
  • Represent your company’s brand and promote its attractiveness as an employer.
  • Execute recruitment plans in collaboration with the Recruitment Team Lead and Head of HR.
  • Effectively source relevant from scratch using LinkedIn and other tools/methods.
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Consult hiring managers on the active pipeline and negotiate an optimal process for the candidates.
  • Update the recruitment tracking spreadsheet.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 1 year as a Recruiter/TA, Sourcer, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Generalist.
  • Experience within an international company and international roles is a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience with writing Boolean strings on LinkedIn is great to have.
  • Knowing your way around tech concepts and functions will be a big plus!
  • You know Microsoft tools at least to the degree of producing accurate reports and presentations.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • A keen understanding of how to prioritize tasks and manage your pace.
  • Possess the courage to ask for help if you’re stuck!
  • Be prepared to learn! We want to turn you into a closing machine.
  • Have the courage to speak your mind if you identify something relevant that others don’t.
