Job Description

We are looking for an HR and Office Manager to lead our HR Cyprus office. You will take ownership of all HR and Admin matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action and all office duties. To perform well in this role, you should have experience in an HR and Office management, knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Office and HR Manager Responsibilities:

· Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

· Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

· Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

· Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

· Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

· Serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, including organizing meetings, appointments and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.

· Ensure an excellent working condition of the office, including coordination of routine maintenance, mail receipt, office supplies and equipment, staff health and safety procedures and other matters enabling smooth day to day operations.

· Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and others.

· Manage office monthly budget.

· Plan on – and/ or off-site activities, including social events, meetings etc.

· Creating a lovely place to work for all employees.

HR Manager Requirements:

· Experience in human resources field 2-3 year in small/middle size company.

· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

· Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

· Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

Office Manager Requirements:

· Proven experience as an office manager, office administrator or administrative assistant.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

· Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational and planning skills. Creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement office improvements.
