Job Purpose

HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior role in Remedica and is part of the HR team supporting more than 700 people globally. The HRBP is responsible for leading and executing core strategic people-related processes, such as talent development, succession planning, organizational transformations, HR policy making, and others. HRBP ensures that people’s agenda contributes to the business growth and that people's practices are aligned with the business needs.

The HRBP works closely with CHRO, CEO, and other C-level executives to ensure their contribution and buy-in of HR initiatives. HRBP also closely works with managers and employees at all levels to drive corporate HR agenda.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead annual workforce planning and talent management activities, by identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding processes for key/managerial positions to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
  • Oversee training and development programs, including leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Participate in SAP Success Factors implementation project to automate the major HR process, ensure change management, and proper communication and education of the employees and managers.
  • Prepare and analyze the people-related dashboards and presentations, including HR-related Board materials, and provide data-driven insights to propose improvements in existing processes.
  • Driving culture-related initiatives together with the Corporate Communications manager, such as corporate values communication, awards programs, newsletters, celebrations and others.
  • Act as a cultural change agent to promote open communication, collaboration, and transparency, drive organizational change, and effectively manage change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance.
  • Interact with employees and managers regularly to identify their people-related needs (strategic and operational), provide advisory and guidance, and initiate people-related projects, policies, and activities to ensure their needs meet the corporate strategy.
  • Work with other HR team members to create and promote people-related policies, support their projects and lead the exchange of information.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, business administration, or other business disciplines. Advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including 3 years of extensive experience in well-established companies in HR BP / HR Manager roles. Demonstrated achievements in leading complex HR strategies and delivering stably high results. Proven track record of effectively leading HR projects and driving organizational changes.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and strategy of pharmaceutical or production enterprises, knowledge of the strategy management and operational processes, business KPIs, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • HR Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills in people-related areas with the ability to anticipate future trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative HR solutions that support long-term organizational goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver complex information in a simple way, high level of energy and commitment. Fluent Greek and English
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in multicultural environments and navigating global business development.
