Join our dynamic IT team based in Larnaca, where innovation and efficiency drive our everyday operations. We're seeking a proactive Junior IT Support professional to bolster our efforts in providing exceptional IT service and support to our users.

Tasks


  • Support users by upgrading/changing equipment and resetting passwords
  • Check meeting room equipment daily
  • Maintain dashboards for monitoring purposes
  • Manage GLPI inventory system for Cyprus
  • Create/disable users in Active Directory, primarily ESPs (External Service Providers)
  • Assist with research to improve employee efficiency
  • Monitor Grafana and perform necessary changes/upgrades
  • Assist with workstation relocation, including cabling, monitors, and workstations
  • Maintain order in the server room, including cabling and storage
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware and software issues


Requirements


  • Similar work experience background of at least a year or two in IT support roles
  • Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Social and personable demeanour
  • Good manners and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Greek and English (Russian language will be considered an advantage)
