Main Role:

  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and refunds according to the company policies and procedures;
  • Responsible for transaction processing (Corrections/adjustments in the CRM);
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding payments;
  • Contacting PSPs in relation to clients’ deposits/withdrawals;
  • Any requests assigned by the RISK/KYC/Dealing/AML/CS department and any other task assigned by the team leader/manager/management in general;
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 with one (1) hour break and Friday 09:00 - 15:00 or 12:00 - 18:00 with half our break. Fridays and public holidays are applicable on a rotation basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a Back-office position in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage;
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or in a related field;
  • Excellent English and Greek communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Ability to perform duties effectively while working under pressure;
  • Attention to Detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
