About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Delivery Manager to join our B2B Division team. The team is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of brands for our B2B clients, addressing operational issues, and providing ongoing support. This multifaceted team plays a critical role in configuring platforms, automating brand deployment, and customizing solutions according to the unique requirements of our B2B clients.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, optimizing delivery processes, addressing specific client requirements, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products/services. Play a key role in translating client requirements into actionable plans, and optimizing routes and schedules.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams and individuals within the organization to achieve business goals: B2B Commercial, B2B Division, Customer Support, Production, and SaaS Development teams (regular meetings, email, Targetprocess, Slack). We operate according to the EET time zone.

First 3 tasks in the role:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing immediate enhancements;
  • Collaborate with the sales and dev teams to gather and understand specific B2B client requirements, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities;
  • Establish clear communication channels with the B2B client base, addressing any ongoing concerns, and providing proactive updates on delivery status.

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Delivery Management;
  • Data analysis: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and techniques will enable the candidate to work effectively with the data analytics department and utilize client data to inform decision-making;
  • Familiarity with project management tools: Proficiency in using project management platforms like Asana is crucial for managing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient collaboration with team members;
  • Communication tools proficiency: The candidate should be comfortable using communication tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, and messaging apps to efficiently collaborate with team members and communicate with external partners;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Fluency in English (at least C1).

  • Experience in trading, and gambling.
  • Proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial based on the client base served (Brazil);
  • Fluency in Russian.
