You will be responsible for:

  • Client Prospecting via professional networks.
  • Performing outbound calls to potential clients
  • Developing trusted relationships with prospects;
  • Identifying opportunities to hand-off to the Business Development Executive
  • Meeting SDR metrics and assigned goals;
  • Managing leads through a defined process;
  • Working closely with our Sales teams to uncover opportunities at target accounts follow-up, qualify and identify opportunities, and outbound efforts targeting accounts to feed the sales pipeline.

We expect that you have:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively;
  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to demonstrate; products highlighting benefits/advantages/features;
  • Excellent follow-up skills responding to and qualifying leads Research skills and curiosity;
  • Objection handling skills;
  • Self-starter, with a high-energy, positive phone presence;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Higher Education (preferably in business administration, economics, finance or related field);
  • Work experience – At least 2 (two) years of experience in Sales and / or customer retention is a must.
  • Experience in Fintech and/or Law Firms and/or Fiduciary firm key advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office: Excel, MS Word; LinkedIn;
  • Salary: Depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
