Retention Agents

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce client churn and increase client lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their trading behavior and preferences.
• Provide clients with educational resources and guidance to help them improve their trading skills and knowledge of the Forex market.
• Act as a point of contact for clients to address any issues or concerns they may encounter while trading.
• Ensure that all client interactions and activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies governing the Forex industry.
• Track key performance metrics related to client retention, such as client activity levels, account balances, and client satisfaction scores.
• Stay informed about market trends, news, and developments that may impact clients' trading decisions.
• Miscellaneous duties as requested.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in the Forex industry within a similar role.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral) to a native or near-native level; any other languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong sales and retention skills.
• Excellent negotiation and client service skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in daily tasks with a positive outlook.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
• Strong computer literacy.

Benefits

• Remuneration package: EUR 30,000 – 36,000 (depending on experience/qualification)
• Performance-based bonus / Commission
